Handwritten on enclosure:'Nov. 17, 1940. The Old Inn or Tavern at Mooresville, Ala. Once the community center here, it was a stagecoach stop for the Huntsville, Decatur and Tuscumbia coaches. The post office was also in this building. Note the exterior stairs to the second floor. It is now used by Henry Zeitler as a tenant house."
